Northwind Robotics builds warehouse automation for mid-market logistics operators. The engineering team is twelve people across four countries and ships to production several times a day. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to join the Engineering team.
You will lead a team of five to seven engineers. The job is mostly about people and delivery: hiring well, giving clear feedback, keeping the team focused on the outcomes that matter, and protecting them from the ones that do not. You will stay close enough to the code to make good technical calls.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within Europe. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €103,000–€130,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead, coach and grow a team of five to seven engineers.
- Run hiring for the team, from job description to offer.
- Own delivery: plan with product, track progress and surface risks early.
- Hold regular one-to-ones and write honest, useful performance reviews.
- Keep a healthy balance between product work, reliability and technical debt.
- Partner with other managers on engineering-wide practices.
