What you'll do
Lead, coach and grow a team of five to seven engineers.
Run hiring for the team, from job description to offer.
Own delivery: plan with product, track progress and surface risks early.
Hold regular one-to-ones and write honest, useful performance reviews.
Keep a healthy balance between product work, reliability and technical debt.
Partner with other managers on engineering-wide practices.
