Meridian Group manages port-side logistics for bulk shippers. Long-standing contracts, tight margins, and a strong preference for people who have run a floor themselves. We are hiring an Operations Manager to join the Operations team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own the daily plan, the people who deliver it and the numbers that show whether it worked, and you will be expected to spend real time on the floor rather than behind a screen.
This role is based on site in Antwerp or Rotterdam. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €50,000–€67,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Own the daily operating plan across shifts and teams.
- Lead supervisors and hold regular performance conversations.
- Hold the line on safety reporting and incident follow-through.
- Track productivity, cost and service levels and act on what they show.
- Work with partners and customers to keep commitments realistic.
- Lead continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
