Own the daily operating plan across shifts and teams.
Lead supervisors and hold regular performance conversations.
Hold the line on safety reporting and incident follow-through.
Track productivity, cost and service levels and act on what they show.
Work with partners and customers to keep commitments realistic.
Lead continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
