Wafelhuis Bakeries runs forty bakery cafés across Flanders and Brussels, all supplied from one central bakery. We are hiring a Store Manager to join the Retail Operations team.
You will run one of our stores as if it were your own: the team, the standards, the stock and the numbers. You will have support from an area manager and the freedom to make local decisions.
This role is based on site in Ghent. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €32,000–€41,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead the store team, including hiring, rotas and development.
- Hit sales, margin and waste targets.
- Keep standards high on the shop floor every day.
- Manage stock accuracy and deliveries.
- Handle customer escalations with care.
- Run health and safety checks and keep records current.
