Wafelhuis Bakeries runs forty bakery cafés across Flanders and Brussels, all supplied from one central bakery. We are hiring a Logistics Planner to join the Planning team.
Planning sits between the customer desk and the people moving the goods, and it gets the final say on the schedule. You will build the plan, defend it when it is right and change it quickly when it is not.
This is a hybrid role based in Brussels or Antwerp, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €35,000–€46,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Build the weekly transport plan across all lanes.
- Re-plan around delays and disruptions without breaking commitments.
- Keep customers informed before they have to ask.
- Balance cost, service level and driver hours.
- Track plan accuracy and learn from misses.
- Work with carriers on capacity for peak periods.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
- Transport management systems
- Excel
