Studio Moucheron is a product design studio that helps public services and cultural institutions redesign how people use them. We are hiring a Service Designer to join the Design team.
You will look at the whole service, not just the screens: how customers find us, what happens at the counter or on the phone, and what staff need behind the scenes. Expect workshops, journey maps and a lot of fieldwork.
This role is based on site in Paris. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €56,000–€71,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Run co-design workshops with customers and staff.
- Write service blueprints that teams can deliver from.

Qualifications
Must have
