Sterling Ridge Credit Union is a member-owned credit union serving teachers, nurses and public-sector workers in Minnesota. We are hiring a Data Analyst to join the Data team.
You will be the person colleagues come to when they need a number they can trust. Expect a mix of recurring reporting and open-ended questions, with plenty of support from senior analysts while you find your feet.
This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $67,000–$86,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain recurring reports for commercial and operations teams.
- Write SQL that others can read and reuse.
- Present findings in plain language to non-technical colleagues.
- Spot data quality problems and raise them with the data engineers.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
