Stellwerk Mobility builds timetable planning and signalling software for regional rail operators. We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join the Engineering team.
You will build and own the end-to-end test suites that guard our releases, and coach product teams to write better tests themselves. The aim is fewer, faster, more trustworthy tests, not a larger pile of flaky ones.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within Europe. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €58,000–€75,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Integrate test runs into the CI pipeline with clear reporting.
- Coach engineers on testing strategy and test design.
- Run exploratory testing on major releases.
- Track quality trends and share them with engineering leadership.
