Stellwerk Mobility builds timetable planning and signalling software for regional rail operators. We are hiring a Program Manager to join the Operations team.
You will own a multi-team programme with a clear business outcome and a lot of moving parts. The role needs someone who can hold the whole picture, cut through ambiguity and keep many people pulling in the same direction.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within Germany. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €75,000–€97,000 per year.

- Build and maintain the integrated plan and dependency map.
- Report progress and risk to senior leadership.
- Resolve conflicts between competing priorities.
- Coach project managers working within the programme.
