Spaak Cycles designs and assembles electric cargo bikes for families and city delivery fleets. We are hiring a Store Manager to join the Retail Operations team.
You will run one of our stores as if it were your own: the team, the standards, the stock and the numbers. You will have support from an area manager and the freedom to make local decisions.
This role is based on site in Utrecht. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €35,000–€46,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead the store team, including hiring, rotas and development.
- Manage stock accuracy and deliveries.
- Handle customer escalations with care.
- Run health and safety checks and keep records current.
