Southerly Water plans, builds and maintains water and wastewater networks for councils in south-east Queensland. We are hiring a Network Operations Lead to join the Network team.
You will lead the network operations centre team that monitors and restores service around the clock. Calm leadership, clear processes and a sharp focus on recurring faults are what the job needs.
This role is based on site in Brisbane. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is A$127,000–A$164,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead the network operations team across shifts.
- Own incident management and service restoration targets.
- Analyse recurring faults and drive permanent fixes.
- Coordinate planned works with field and planning teams.
- Maintain operational runbooks and escalation paths.
- Report network performance to leadership.
