Supply Chain Planner

Shannonside Pharma manufactures sterile injectable medicines under contract for international drug companies. We are hiring a Supply Chain Planner to join the Supply Chain team.

You will plan stock for a set of product lines from supplier to shelf. The job is a constant balance between availability, working capital and waste, and explaining that balance to people who only care about one side of it.

This is a hybrid role based in Cork, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €44,000–€56,000 per year.

What you'll do

• Forecast demand and place orders for assigned product lines.
• Balance availability against stock levels and waste.
• Plan stock builds for promotions and seasonal peaks.
• Work with suppliers on lead times and constraints.
• Explain trade-offs to commercial colleagues clearly.
• Improve forecast accuracy over time.
