Saltbush Logistics runs warehousing and last-mile delivery for online retailers across Australia. We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Warehouse team.
You will lead a warehouse shift of pickers, packers and drivers. Safety, accuracy and pace, in that order, and a team that wants to come back tomorrow.
This role is based on site in Melbourne or Perth. It is a temporary position covering our busiest season, for around four months. The pay range for this role is A$27–A$35 per hour.

What you'll do
- Lead a warehouse shift and allocate work.
- Hit pick accuracy and dispatch cut-off targets.
- Train new starters on processes and equipment.
- Report on shift performance and incidents.
