Rheinblick Instruments builds precision analytical instruments for pharmaceutical and food-testing laboratories. We are hiring a Director of Operations to join the Operations team.
You will lead the operations function and sit on the leadership team. The role combines strategy and execution: setting the operating model for the next stage of growth while keeping today's operation safe and efficient.
This is a hybrid role based in Basel or Geneva, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is CHF 159,000–CHF 209,000 per year.

What you'll do
