Quillfeather makes contract review and matter management software for in-house legal teams. We are hiring an Analytics Engineer to join the Data team.
Analytics engineering here means making metrics trustworthy. You will own the models and definitions that dashboards are built on, and make sure that when two people quote a number, it is the same number.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within Europe. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is £63,000–£83,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Own the semantic layer and the definitions of core metrics.
- Write the tests and documentation that let people trust a metric without asking.
- Turn one-off requests into reusable, well-modelled datasets.
- Review analysts' SQL and help them write maintainable models.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
