Buyer

Pinecrest Outfitters sells outdoor clothing and camping gear online and through twelve stores in the Mountain West. We are hiring a Buyer to join the Procurement team.

You will manage a range of products and the suppliers behind them: what we buy, at what price and in what quantity. You will work closely with planners and the commercial team to keep the range fresh and profitable.

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $60,000–$79,000 per year.

What you'll do

• Manage the range and suppliers for your categories.
• Negotiate prices, terms and promotional support.
• Plan new product introductions with suppliers.
• Track margin, availability and supplier performance.
• Visit suppliers and production sites.
• Work with planners on order quantities and timing.
