Orchard Grocers is a regional supermarket chain with sixty stores across the north of England and a strong own-label range. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data team.
This role sits close to the commercial leadership team. You will own the analysis behind big decisions, from pricing to promotions, and you will be expected to have an opinion about what the numbers mean.
This is a hybrid role based in Leeds or Manchester, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Lead analysis behind pricing, promotion and range decisions.
- Build the weekly performance pack leadership actually reads.
- Size initiatives before they launch and measure them honestly after.
- Coach junior analysts on structure, rigour and presentation.
- Design experiments and interpret their results with care.
- Turn recurring analysis into self-serve dashboards.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
