Data Analyst

Orchard Grocers is a regional supermarket chain with sixty stores across the north of England and a strong own-label range. We are hiring a Data Analyst to join the Data team.

You will be the person colleagues come to when they need a number they can trust. Expect a mix of recurring reporting and open-ended questions, with plenty of support from senior analysts while you find your feet.

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is £37,000–£48,000 per year.

What you'll do

• Answer ad-hoc questions with clear, well-checked analysis.
• Present findings in plain language to non-technical colleagues.
• Spot data quality problems and raise them with the data engineers.
• Document the definitions behind every metric you publish.
