Northwind Robotics builds warehouse automation for mid-market logistics operators. The engineering team is twelve people across four countries and ships to production several times a day. We are hiring a Software Engineering Intern to join the Engineering team.
Our internship runs for twelve weeks. Each intern gets one well-scoped project that matters to a team, a mentor who reviews their code, and a final demo to the whole company. Previous interns have shipped features that are still in the product.
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, with two or three days a week in the office. The internship runs for six months, with a mentor throughout. The pay range for this role is €2,500–€3,100 per month.

What you'll do
- Deliver a scoped project from design to production over twelve weeks.
- Work through code review with a dedicated mentor.
- Write tests and documentation for what you build.
- Join team rituals: stand-ups, planning and retrospectives.
- Present your project to the company at the end of the internship.
- Share feedback on the internship so the next cohort has it better.
