Northwind Robotics builds warehouse automation for mid-market logistics operators. The engineering team is twelve people across four countries and ships to production several times a day. We are hiring a Platform Engineer to join the Engineering team.
The platform team treats the rest of engineering as its customers. Your job is to make the paved road the obvious choice: quick builds, safe deploys, useful dashboards, and infrastructure that is described in code rather than in somebody's memory.
This role is based on site in Eindhoven or Berlin. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Run the CI/CD pipelines and keep build times trending down.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and the infrastructure-as-code that defines them.
- Build the observability stack: metrics, logs, traces and alerts that mean something.
- Make upgrades routine rather than heroic.
- Write the internal documentation and templates that new services start from.
- Support product teams when their services misbehave in production.
Qualifications
Must have
