Nordljus Health runs a digital clinic app that connects patients with nurses and doctors for everyday care. We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join the Data team.
You will take on the most ambiguous modelling problems we have, frame them, and decide what is worth building. Senior data scientists here are expected to influence the roadmap, not just respond to it.
This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is SEK 82,500–SEK 103,700 per month.

What you'll do
- Frame ambiguous business problems as tractable modelling work.
- Set standards for evaluation, experimentation and reproducibility.
- Mentor data scientists and review their work.
- Communicate results and trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Decide, with evidence, when a simpler approach is enough.
