Meridian Group manages port-side logistics for bulk shippers. Long-standing contracts, tight margins, and a strong preference for people who have run a floor themselves. We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to join the Operations team.
Shift supervisors are the heartbeat of the operation. You will brief the team at the start of each shift, keep work moving against the plan, and be the first person people come to when something goes wrong.
This role is based on site in Antwerp. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Brief the shift and allocate people to tasks.
- Track progress against the plan and escalate early.
- Enforce safe working practices and report near misses.
- Hand over clearly to the next shift.
- Record attendance, overtime and incidents accurately.
