Meridian Group manages port-side logistics for bulk shippers. Long-standing contracts, tight margins, and a strong preference for people who have run a floor themselves. We are hiring a Director of Operations to join the Operations team.
You will lead the operations function and sit on the leadership team. The role combines strategy and execution: setting the operating model for the next stage of growth while keeping today's operation safe and efficient.
This role is based on site in Rotterdam or Antwerp. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €101,000–€133,000 per year.
