Meridian Group manages port-side logistics for bulk shippers. Long-standing contracts, tight margins, and a strong preference for people who have run a floor themselves. We are hiring a Customs Specialist to join the Logistics team.
You will make sure every cross-border shipment is declared correctly and clears without surprises. The rules change often, so a careful reader with a practical streak will do well here.
This role is based on site in Rotterdam. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Prepare and check customs declarations.
- Classify goods and maintain tariff data.
- Advise colleagues on Incoterms, origin and duties.
- Work with brokers and authorities on queries and audits.
- Keep customs procedures up to date with rule changes.
- Train operations staff on customs requirements.
