Lumen Transit plans and operates regional bus networks under public-service contracts in Denmark and southern Sweden. We are hiring a Graduate Transport Planner to join the Planning team.
Our two-year graduate programme gives you rotations across network planning, modelling and operations, a mentor throughout, and support towards professional membership.
This role is based on site in Malmö. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is SEK 27,100–SEK 33,500 per month.

What you'll do
- Rotate across planning, modelling and operations teams.
- Support planners with data analysis and mapping.
- Help prepare consultation materials.
- Collect and analyse passenger survey data.
- Write short reports on findings.
- Work towards professional membership with a mentor.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or a related field
