Larkspur Orbital builds ground-station software and operates antenna networks for small-satellite operators. We are hiring a Software Engineer to join the Engineering team.
You will join a small product squad that owns its roadmap, its services and its on-call rotation. Most work starts as a conversation with a customer-facing colleague and ends as a change running in production the same week, with tests and a short write-up of what changed and why.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within the US. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $117,000–$153,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Build product features end to end, from the database schema to the screen the customer sees.
- Write tests that make the next change cheaper, not just this one.
- Review pull requests with care and keep reviews moving within a working day.
- Take part in a light on-call rotation and follow incidents through to a fix.
- Break larger pieces of work into small changes that can ship independently.
- Pair with support and operations colleagues to understand where the product gets in their way.
