Larkspur Orbital builds ground-station software and operates antenna networks for small-satellite operators. We are hiring a Program Manager to join the Operations team.
You will own a multi-team programme with a clear business outcome and a lot of moving parts. The role needs someone who can hold the whole picture, cut through ambiguity and keep many people pulling in the same direction.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within the US. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $116,000–$150,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Own a multi-team programme and its business outcome.
- Build and maintain the integrated plan and dependency map.
- Run programme governance and decision forums.
- Report progress and risk to senior leadership.
- Resolve conflicts between competing priorities.
- Coach project managers working within the programme.
