Larchmont Learning makes reading and maths practice apps used in primary schools across Canada. We are hiring a Junior Software Engineer to join the Engineering team.
This is a role for someone early in their career who wants a structured first year. You will have a named mentor, a clear learning plan and real work from week one, starting with small fixes and growing into owning features.
This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is CA$78,000–CA$98,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Ship small, well-tested changes from your first week.
- Pair regularly with your mentor and other engineers.
- Fix bugs reported by customers and learn the codebase along the way.
- Write and improve internal documentation as you learn.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
