Klippe Wind develops and operates offshore and nearshore wind farms in the North Sea and the Baltic. We are hiring a Project Manager to join the Operations team.
You will run a portfolio of projects that cut across teams, from system rollouts to site openings. We want someone who plans carefully, communicates early and is comfortable saying when a plan no longer holds.
This role is based on site in Aarhus. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is DKK 33,500–DKK 44,600 per month.

What you'll do
- Plan and run cross-functional projects from kick-off to close.
- Track scope, budget, risks and dependencies.
- Run steering meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
- Manage suppliers and contractors involved in delivery.
- Write clear project documentation and lessons learned.
- Escalate early when plans need to change.
