Helix Biotech is a contract research organisation working on assay development for clinical partners across the Benelux. We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality team.
You will run internal audits, own deviations and CAPAs, and keep our procedures current. The best quality people here are respected by the lab because they make the work easier to do right.
This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam or Utrecht, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €45,000–€58,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Run internal audits against GxP and partner quality agreements.
- Own deviations and CAPAs from first report to verified close.
- Keep SOPs current and make sure they are followed.
- Support partner and regulatory inspections.
- Track quality metrics and report trends.
- Train colleagues on quality processes.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field
- GMP
- CAPA management
- Internal auditing
- Diplomacy
