Harbour & Hale runs fourteen boutique hotels in Scottish coastal towns, each with its own restaurant and a small permanent team. We are hiring an Area Operations Manager to join the Operations team.
You will look after a group of sites and the managers who run them. The job is part coach, part auditor and part problem solver, and it involves a lot of time on the road.
This role is based on site in Edinburgh or Glasgow. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is £52,000–£68,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Support site managers on staffing, budgets and customer experience.
- Run regular site visits and follow up on what they find.
- Lead recruitment and development for site managers.
- Share good practice between sites.
