Halcyon Fibre builds full-fibre broadband networks in towns across the north of England and Scotland. We are hiring a Network Planner to join the Network team.
You will model changes to the network and their effect on service levels, then make the case for the ones that work. The job is equal parts analysis and conversation with the public bodies and communities we serve.
This role is based on site in Glasgow. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is £47,000–£61,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Model network changes and their effect on contracted service levels.
- Work with public authorities on consultations.
- Turn usage data into concrete service proposals.
- Prepare network plans for tenders and renewals.
- Track network performance after changes go live.
- Present proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or a related field
