Glacier Freight moves temperature-controlled cargo across northern Europe. Planning sits between the customer desk and the drivers, and gets the final say on the schedule. We are hiring a Transport Coordinator to join the Planning team.
You will coordinate drivers and subcontractors day to day, track every load in transit and be the first to act when something drifts off plan. It is fast-paced and very satisfying when a hard day comes together.
This role is based on site in Antwerp or Gothenburg. It is a temporary position covering our busiest season, for around four months. The pay range for this role is €12.50–€16 per hour.

What you'll do
- Dispatch drivers and subcontractors for assigned lanes.
- Track every load in transit and step in when it drifts.
- Handle carrier and customer calls professionally.
- Record delays and their causes accurately.
- Support planners during peak weeks.
