Planning sits between the customer desk and the people moving the goods, and it gets the final say on the schedule. You will build the plan, defend it when it is right and change it quickly when it is not.
This is a hybrid role based in Antwerp or Gothenburg, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €35,000–€46,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Build the weekly transport plan across all lanes.
- Re-plan around delays and disruptions without breaking commitments.
- Keep customers informed before they have to ask.
- Track plan accuracy and learn from misses.
- Work with carriers on capacity for peak periods.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
- Transport management systems
- Excel
- Route planning
- Problem solving
