Glacier Freight moves temperature-controlled cargo across northern Europe. Planning sits between the customer desk and the drivers, and gets the final say on the schedule. We are hiring a Fleet Manager to join the Transport team.
You will own our vehicle fleet: maintenance, compliance, utilisation and the transition to lower-emission vehicles. Drivers should trust that their vehicles are safe, and the finance team should trust the numbers.
This role is based on site in Antwerp. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €43,000–€56,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Own fleet maintenance schedules and roadworthiness.
- Keep operator licence and driver compliance in order.
- Track utilisation, fuel and cost per kilometre.
- Plan the transition to electric and low-emission vehicles.
- Manage leasing, maintenance and telematics suppliers.
- Investigate incidents and act on the findings.
