Garonne Aero Composites manufactures carbon-fibre structural parts for commercial aircraft programmes. We are hiring a QA Manager to join the Quality team.
You will lead the quality assurance team and own the quality management system for the site. The role combines people leadership with hands-on judgement on the hardest quality decisions.
This is a hybrid role based in Toulouse, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €58,000–€73,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead and develop the quality assurance team.
- Own the quality management system and its continuous improvement.
- Make release and disposition decisions on difficult cases.
- Host customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Report quality performance to site leadership.
- Build a culture where quality issues are raised early.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field
