Copperline Software makes scheduling and invoicing tools for independent trades businesses — plumbers, electricians, small builders — across the US and Canada. We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join the Design team.
You will lead design on the problems that matter most this year, shaping the strategy as well as the screens. We want someone who can move between a whiteboard session with leadership and pixel-level detail in the same afternoon.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within the US. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $136,000–$176,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead design for a strategic product initiative.
- Shape product direction with research and prototypes.
- Work with engineering squads from first sketch to release.
- Mentor other designers through critique and pairing.
- Raise the quality bar for interaction and visual design.
- Measure the impact of design changes after launch.
