Copperline Software makes scheduling and invoicing tools for independent trades businesses — plumbers, electricians, small builders — across the US and Canada. We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join the Engineering team.
We are a small team, so engineers work across the stack and close to customers. You will pick up a problem, talk to the people who have it, and carry the fix from database to UI without waiting for a hand-off.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within the US. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $118,000–$154,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Ship features across a React front end and a Python backend.
- Talk to customers directly when a problem needs first-hand context.
- Keep the codebase approachable for the next engineer who joins.
- Improve the deploy pipeline so changes reach production safely several times a day.
- Triage bugs from support and fix the root cause, not the symptom.
- Contribute to planning with honest estimates and early warnings.
