Cedar Grove Labs builds evaluation and monitoring tools for teams running machine-learning models in production. We are hiring a VP of Engineering to join the Engineering team.
You will lead an engineering organisation of around forty people across several teams and report to the CEO. The job is to build a team that ships reliably, hires well and stays healthy, while making the handful of technical bets that will define the next three years.
This role is based on site in Seattle. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $234,000–$295,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Lead the engineering organisation and its managers.
- Own the engineering budget, headcount plan and hiring strategy.
- Partner with product and design leadership on strategy and roadmap.
- Represent engineering to the board and to key customers.
- Build a culture of ownership, candour and continuous improvement.

Must have
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
