Cedar Grove Labs builds evaluation and monitoring tools for teams running machine-learning models in production. We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Engineering team.
You will sit between research and product engineering, turning promising models into services that are fast, monitored and cheap enough to run at scale. Good evaluation matters more to us than the newest architecture.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within the US. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Design evaluation sets and offline metrics that predict real-world quality.
- Build training and feature pipelines that are reproducible end to end.
- Monitor models in production for drift and regressions.
- Work with product teams to scope what ML can and cannot do for them.
- Keep inference costs visible and trending in the right direction.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field
