Cascade Analytics runs the reporting layer for several European retail groups. Small team, large volumes, strong opinions about data modelling. We are hiring a Data Scientist to join the Data team.
You will work on forecasting, segmentation and decision models that feed straight into operations. We value simple models that are understood and used over sophisticated ones that are not.
This role is fully remote; you can work from anywhere within Netherlands. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €75,000–€96,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Explain model behaviour and limitations in plain language.
- Work with data engineers to put models into production.
- Monitor model performance and retrain when it drifts.
- Share methods and findings through internal write-ups.
Qualifications
Must have
- Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
