Cascade Analytics runs the reporting layer for several European retail groups. Small team, large volumes, strong opinions about data modelling. We are hiring a Data Engineer to join the Data team.
The data team runs the pipelines that every report, model and customer-facing number depends on. You will build ingestion and transformation jobs that are tested, monitored and boring to operate.
This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €75,000–€96,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Model data in the warehouse with tests and documentation.
- Work with analysts to turn recurring questions into modelled datasets.
- Keep data access secure and compliant with privacy obligations.
- Reduce warehouse costs without slowing anybody down.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
