Cascade Analytics runs the reporting layer for several European retail groups. Small team, large volumes, strong opinions about data modelling. We are hiring a BI Developer to join the Data team.
You will own a portfolio of dashboards and the reporting models behind them. Most of the job is listening carefully to what people actually need and then building it so it stays fast and correct.
This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam or Utrecht, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €58,000–€76,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Design reporting models that stay fast as data grows.
- Manage access and row-level security for sensitive reports.
- Train colleagues to use self-serve reporting well.
- Consolidate overlapping reports into a smaller, better set.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
