Brightside Labs designs and builds diagnostic tools for primary-care practices. We are hiring a Design Systems Designer to join the Design team.
You will own the design system: its components, tokens, documentation and the way it evolves. Your customers are other designers and engineers, and your success shows up as consistency nobody has to think about.
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €74,000–€93,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Own the component library and design tokens.
- Work with front-end engineers to keep design and code in sync.
- Document usage guidelines and accessibility requirements.
- Run the contribution process for the design system.
- Measure adoption and act on the gaps.
Qualifications
Must have
