Bramblewood Insurance writes home and auto policies for families across the Midwest, with claims handled by people who live nearby. We are hiring a UX Designer to join the Design team.
You will design flows for tasks that are genuinely complicated, making them feel simple without hiding what matters. Wireframes, prototypes and plenty of time with real users.
This role is based on site in Chicago or Columbus. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Design user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Test designs with users and iterate on the results.
- Simplify complex tasks without hiding important detail.
- Write clear interface copy with the content team.
- Work closely with engineers during build.
- Document design decisions for the wider team.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Design, HCI or equivalent practical experience
