Bramblewood Insurance writes home and auto policies for families across the Midwest, with claims handled by people who live nearby. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data team.
This role sits close to the commercial leadership team. You will own the analysis behind big decisions, from pricing to promotions, and you will be expected to have an opinion about what the numbers mean.
This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Build the weekly performance pack leadership actually reads.
- Size initiatives before they launch and measure them honestly after.
- Coach junior analysts on structure, rigour and presentation.
- Turn recurring analysis into self-serve dashboards.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar)
