Bramblewood Insurance writes home and auto policies for families across the Midwest, with claims handled by people who live nearby. We are hiring an Operations Manager to join the Operations team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own the daily plan, the people who deliver it and the numbers that show whether it worked, and you will be expected to spend real time on the floor rather than behind a screen.
This role is based on site in Columbus. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is $85,000–$114,000 per year.
