Ardent Health runs clinical data management for late-phase trials across Belgium and the Netherlands. We are hiring a Clinical Trial Assistant to join the Clinical team.
A strong first step into clinical research. You will keep the trial master file in order, support study teams with logistics, and learn how a trial runs from the inside.
This is a hybrid role based in Leuven or Ghent, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. Pay is discussed openly at the first interview.

What you'll do
- Maintain the trial master file and keep it inspection-ready.
- Track site documents, contracts and payments.
- Coordinate study meetings and minutes.
- Support study start-up activities.
- Distribute safety information to sites.
- Help prepare for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field
- Trial master file
- Microsoft Office
