Ardent Health runs clinical data management for late-phase trials across Belgium and the Netherlands. We are hiring a Clinical Data Manager to join the Clinical team.
You will own data management for a set of studies, from database build to final lock. Accuracy and a defensible audit trail matter more here than speed, although we will ask for both.
This is a hybrid role based in Leuven, with two or three days a week in the office. It is a full-time, permanent position. The pay range for this role is €53,000–€70,000 per year.

What you'll do
- Write data management plans and edit-check specifications.
- Reconcile external vendor data against the study database.
- Keep the audit trail defensible from first entry to lock.
- Coordinate database lock with biostatistics and clinical operations.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field
